Transit Times

All orders placed after 12pm EST will be shipped the next business day.  Currently we do not ship internationally, stay tuned for updates.

Domestic Transit Times:

Standard:  4-7 business days

Express: 2- 4 business days

The AirIron Return Policy

Domestic Returns:

As stated on our website – customers that only buy The Airiron Nozzle are not eligible to return unless device is damaged (customer must notify us within the first 7 days of arrival). 

Damaged product(s): Please contact Customer Service at support@theairiron.com as soon as possible. Claims for defective or damaged products must be made within 7 days of arrival of product(s). Please save the original packing box. 

Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned product(s). You will automatically be refunded on the card you used to purchase the items. Please allow for 1-2 weeks for all returns to process.

The purchase of Route is not eligible for a refund once your package has shipped.
